I don't know if these characters exists or not but if you come across them let me know. even if they don't exist there still great character ideas. 

 Deep Throat > the cyborg ninja from metal gear

 Blade > vampire hunter from the movies

 Vampire Hunter D > Anime character
 buffy the vampire slayer > any character from the series

 Mothra > giant moth from godzilla
 Laura Croft > the chick from tomb raider

clair redfield > resident evil
