My studio is similar to yours. The only software I use is Nero to burn the mix to cd, otherwise it's all hardware. I use a Tascam 8 track digital Portastudio to record and mix, an Alesis compressor, Alesis Microverb effects processor, Behringer monitor, Samson condenser mics, ART mic tube preamp, Pioneer key shifter, etc. etc. It's my own little "world" where I get lost in the music! I have new recordings waiting to be mixed to cd, but like I said earlier I'm waiting for my new computer to be set up within the next 3 weeks.
